Kosher Program Information

Each item on the hospital meal tray must be checked for individual identifying kosher symbol.

Please verify that meat and milk items were not mistakenly placed on hospital meal tray together (i.e. meat entrée or chicken soup with milk carton). 

All meals are prepared and sealed under Hashgacha Temidis.

Apple slices do not have certification on package but are approved for use by the RCC.
