Marriage Documentation:

Personal Status certificates issued by the Rabbinical Council of California can be used to register for marriage in the State of Israel and in Jewish communities around the world.  The registration is not automatic.  After you have received your certificate you still need to make arrangements for opening/completing your marriage application in the local Rabbinate.  These certificates are also valid for Aliya purposes and Proof of Judaism.
